Refund policy
At Random Hippie, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
RETURNS
In-Store Purchases:
- You may return items purchased in store within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in new, unworn/unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.
- To be eligible for a full refund, please present your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- We do not accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), clearance or sale items, gift cards, scents, candles, wax melts, or scented sprays.
Online Purchases:
- You may return items purchased online within 14 days of when the order was delivered.
- Items must be in new, unworn/unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.
- To initiate a return for an online purchase, please contact us at randomhippie2022@gmail.com within the 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items ordered online may be returned by mail or in-store. Â
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs when requesting a refund.
- We do not accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), clearance or sale items, gift cards, scents, candles, wax melts, or scented sprays.
EXCHANGES
- We are happy to process exchanges for items purchased both in-store and online within the specified return window (7 days for in-store purchases and 14 days for online purchases).
- Items for exchange must be in new, unworn/unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.
- For online purchases, we will cover the return shipping costs for items exchanged.
- If you wish to exchange an in-store purchase, please visit our physical store location.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- For online purchases, contact us at randomhippie2022@gmail.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- For in-store purchases, visit our physical store location during our business hours to process your return or exchange.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
Refunds will not be issued until we receive your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if items do not meet the specified conditions outlined in this policy.
- Refunds will be processed promptly after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable.
